Why should I buy from Woodburne Naturals?

All of our products are made with the finest natural ingredients. We are proud of the ingredients that we use, so we list the required inci name (cosmetics name) and common name of the ingredients on our website and the product label so that you know exactly what you are putting on your skin!

Our packaging is eco-friendly. We re-use packaging whenever possible to ship out our orders. Everything else is plastic-free, recyclable, reusable, and compostable.

We believe that functionality and design go hand in hand. We design our products to perform. The cleansing power and lather are tested before stocking the store. They are also designed to look and smell wonderful. With our products, you can add an element of design to your sink and bathroom with the items that you use in your daily skincare routine. The sink and shower area are often overlooked as an area of decor and design. By adding a simple bar of soap to your shower you can make it feel like a spa retreat every time you get in.

Products

Our products are small-batch, hand-cut, and packaged by us, therefore they will vary slightly from product to product. Our goal is to have inventory available and well-stocked. All inventory is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that inventory will be in stock. If you have a special request for a scent, unscented product, or other inquiry please email us at woodburnenaturals@gmail.com. We will consider each request on a case-by-case basis.

How do I use a shampoo bar?

Wet your hair and rub the shampoo bar directly on your hair until a wonderful lather is created. Then massage through your hair and wash as usual. Rinse well.

Don't be intimidated or afraid to try it! It seems strange the 1st or 2nd time you use it. Your hair could go through a transition phase as it becomes familiar with the new product. We recommend that you wash your hair every 2-3 days. Use the shampoo bar for at least 2 weeks so you can get a good idea of how it works with your hair. If you should find that it isn't for you, the soap makes a wonderful hand or body soap!

How long will my product last?

This depends on how much product you use and how often you use it. In the case of our handmade soap, you can extend the life by storing it in a dry spot and allowing it to dry between uses.

What precautions are there to consider?

Woodburne Naturals uses essential oils to add a fragrance to the products. Some essential oils can irritate sensitive skin. There are some essential oils to avoid if you are pregnant. Please review all ingredients before use.

As with all skincare, test a small area before use.

Soap is slippery so use caution when in the shower or tub.

Soap is for external use only.
